Hastelloy Pipes are primarily composed of nickel, with significant amounts of molybdenum and chromium, and small amounts of iron, tungsten, or cobalt depending on the grade (e.g., C-22, C-276, B-2). These alloys provide tensile strength ranging from 450–690 MPa, yield strength up to 275 MPa, excellent ductility, toughness, and exceptional corrosion resistance in oxidizing, reducing, and highly aggressive chemical environments. The seamless or welded construction ensures uniform wall thickness, smooth surfaces, and reliable mechanical performance.
