Alloy Steel Boiler Tubing, commonly grades like T1, T11, T22, P11, P22 per ASTM A213/A335, incorporates carbon steel alloyed with 0.5-13% chromium for oxidation resistance, 0.5-2.5% molybdenum for creep strength and elasticity, plus nickel, vanadium, silicon, and boron in varying amounts depending on grade, with controlled carbon (0.05-0.50%), manganese (0.30-1.00%), phosphorus/sulfur below 0.035%, and sometimes niobium or nitrogen for enhanced microstructure. These tubes offer minimum tensile strengths from 415-585 MPa, yield strengths of 205-415 MPa, 20-30% elongation, hardness up to 163-197 HB, excellent high-temperature creep rupture strength up to 600°C+, good weldability/formability, fatigue resistance, and superior corrosion/heat protection in boiler environments.
