Super Duplex Steel S32750 maintains a 50/50 austenite-ferrite microstructure, featuring 24-26% chromium, 6-8% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, 0.24-0.32% nitrogen, up to 0.03% carbon, 1.2% max manganese, 0.8% max silicon, and 0.5% max copper. This yields a PREN above 41 for excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties include minimum tensile strength of 750-800 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, elongation of 25% minimum, and hardness up to 28 HRC or 290 HB.
